Step by Step - Design

- We are happy to work alongside your chosen architect and we have affiliated architects we can recommend should you need one.

- From an outline architectural design drawn to scale, we can offer advice and prepare a simple sketch schemes to CAD 3d models resulting in accurate budget estimates or guide prices.

- Once engaged, we will develop the frame design as necessary. During the design process we liaise with our affiliated structural engineers who provide structural calculations for building regulation approval.

- Once structural engineers' approval has been gained, the design team will then prepare workshop drawings from which the carpenters will cut the frames.
