Frame only cost of £450 per square metre on plan.

This initial design explored the client's requirements following an outline architectural scheme. The frame design was popular with the client, but the frame cost was too high so we made a number of revisions and met the budget.

Pricing Example 2 - As Built Design

Frame only cost of £380 per square metre on plan.

This is the design that was built following a number of revisions. The changes to the initial design brought the cost of the frame within budget and we believe that none of the aesthetic simple quality has been lost by making these compromises.
